0.1. You are responsible for hiring the Co-Founding Board Chair and CFO. 

 

0.2. You are tasked with creating the Sire Selection Manual to assign academic majors (which will be based on merit!) for admitted students. “We choose your major” will define Sire University’s unique brand and work ethic. You will also eliminate general education requirements from the curriculum, streamlining each major on a single discipline to create a marketable product.

 

Traditional higher education is flawed. Despite billions invested in healthcare, life expectancy has not improved. Your role is to enhance human life expectancy through innovative higher education models.

 

0.3. You are in charge of creating the University campus. The Co-Founding Board Chair and CFO will help you. 

 

0.4. You will create a bill of fundamental rights that protects the students from all types of discrimination and harm.

 

0.5. You must accept the Co-Founding Principal position: After reviewing your profile and qualifications, I offer you the roles of Co-Founding Principal and Chief Executive Officer, requiring a non-refundable investment deposit. These titles are permanent, though you may delegate duties. Your Co-Founding Principal status remains unless you break our Founder’s agreement. As Co-Founder, you receive a 0.25% royalty benefit on all income sources received by the institution.

After doing so, I will acknowledge your message of interest within 72 hours and prompt you to submit payment (figure provided) via our other page: sireuniversity.com/donations. Investment deposits made to the Sire Trust Fund will range from $25,000 to $250,000. The amount will vary depending on ratings received on individual candidates and EFC (expected family contribution) of said candidates. Succeeding this step will significantly increase your chances of being selected. If you are deemed to be amongst the strongest of candidates, you may undergo an interview process conducted by me. Individual candidates will receive ratings based on the results of the interview process. If you aren't selected for an interview that means I've already made a decision based on available information and will notify you in a timely manner.
